I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Fair Trading Amendment (Short-term

Rental Accommodation) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 April 2020 as the day

on which that Act commences.
