I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Strata Schemes Management

Amendment (Building Defects Scheme) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July

2020 as the day on which that Act commences.
