Education Amendment (School Safety) Act 2017 No 58

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Education Amendment (School Safety)

Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 May 2020 as the day on which that Act

commences.
