I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Property, Stock and Business Agents

Amendment (Property Industry Reform) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 23 March

2020 as the day on which that Act commences.
