under the

Fair Trading Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2018 No 65

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2(2) of the Fair Trading Legislation

Amendment (Reform) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 23 March 2020 as the day

on which Schedule 2.12 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Fair Trading Legislation Amendment

(Reform) Act 2018 that amend the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 to provide for licences and

certificates of registration under that Act to be issued for different periods.
