under the

Electoral Funding Amendment (Cash Donations) Act 2019

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electoral Funding Amendment (Cash

Donations) Act 2019, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2020 as the day on which

that Act commences.
