under the

Transport Administration Amendment (RMS Dissolution) Act 2019

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Transport Administration Amendment

(RMS Dissolution) Act 2019, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2019 as the day

on which that Act commences.
