Commencement Proclamation

under the

Conveyancing Legislation Amendment Act 2018 No 75

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2(1) of the Conveyancing Legislation

Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2019 as the day on which

the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions the Conveyancing Legislation

Amendment Act 2018, which relate to off the plan contracts for the sale of residential land.
