under the

Lake Macquarie Smelter Site (Perpetual Care of Land) Act 2019 No 9

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Lake Macquarie Smelter Site

(Perpetual Care of Land) Act 2019, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 11 October 2019 as the

day on which that Act commences.
