I, The Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Surveillance Devices Amendment

(Statutory Review) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 28 October 2019 as the day on

which that Act commences.
