I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Building and Construction Industry

Security of Payment Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 October 2019

as the day on which that Act commences.
