under the

Justice Legislation Amendment Act (No 3) 2018 No 87

I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Justice Legislation Amendment Act

(No 3) 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 26 July 2019 as the day on which Schedule 1.17

[1] and [4] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to the Drug Court Act 1998 that relate to the special jurisdiction of the Drug Court in relation to traffic matters.
