THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor
I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Children and Young
Persons (Care and Protection) Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint
4 February 2019 as the day on which that Act commences.
