under the

Crimes Legislation Amendment (Victims) Act 2018 No 88

I, The Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Crimes Legislation Amendment

(Victims) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 27 May 2019 as the day on which the

uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
