Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017 No 68

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (3) of the Terrorism (High Risk

Offenders) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 January 2018 as the day on which

the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
