Crimes Legislation Amendment Act 2018 No 83

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Crimes Legislation

Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 January 2019 as the day on which

Schedule 2 (except Schedule 2 [2]) to that Act commences.
