I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Planning Legislation

Amendment (Greater Sydney Commission) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

10 December 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
