Road Transport Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2018 No 23

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Road Transport

Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

14 December 2018 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
