Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2014 No 79

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Environmental

Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March

2018 as the day on which Schedule 3 [15] and [16] to that Act commence.
