I, the Honourable Justice Margaret Beazley AO, Administrator of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Western City and

Aerotropolis Authority Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 November 2018 as the

day on which that Act (except section 27) commences.
