under the

Road Transport and Related Legislation Amendment Act 2017 No 61

I, the Honourable Justice Margaret Beazley AO, Administrator of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport and Related

Legislation Amendment Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 December 2018 as the

day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
