Forestry Legislation Amendment Act 2018 No 40

I, the Honourable Justice Margaret Beazley AO, Administrator of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Forestry Legislation

Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 November 2018 as the day on which

that Act (except Schedule 3.7 [1]) commences.
