I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Amendment (Sentencing Options) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

24 September 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
