I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Unexplained Wealt h (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
