Gas and Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2017 No 15

I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Gas and Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
