Electoral Funding Act 2018 No 20

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electoral Funding Act

2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
