Commencement Proclamation

under the

Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013 No 105

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST AC,

By Deputation from His Excellency the Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Cemeteries and
Crematoria Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 June 2018 as the day on which the

uncommenced provisions of the Act commence.

Explanatory note
