I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Registered Clubs

Amendment (Accountability and Amalgamations) Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

15 June 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
