Crown Land Management Act 2016 No 58

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 1.2 (1) of the Crown Land

Management Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2018 as the day on which the

uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
