Commencement Proclamation

under the

Natural Resources Access Regulator Act 2017 No 64

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Natural Resources

Access Regulator Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 April 2018 as the day on

which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Division 2 of Part 2,
(b)	section 19,
(c)	Schedule 2.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Natural Resources Access Regulator

Act 2017 that relate to the functions of the Regulator (which include specified functions under the Water
Management Act 2000).
