under the

Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Act 2018 No 7

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor and Gaming

Legislation Amendment Act 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 April 2018 as the day
on which that Act (other than Schedule 1.1 [17] and [22], 1.2 [1]–[4], 1.14 [5] and [6] and

1.15 [1]–[4]) commences.

Explanatory note

This Proclamation commences the Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Act 2018 except certain amendments relating to prohibitions on gambling-related and totalizator advertisements and executive liability offences.
