Coastal Management Act 2016 No 20

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Coastal Management Act

2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 April 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
