I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with

the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Land and Property Information NSW (Authorised Transaction) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 May 2017 as the day on which Schedule 4 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence Schedule 4 to the Land and Property Information NSW

(Authorised Transaction) Act 2016. That Schedule contains amendments to other Acts that are

consequential on, or necessary or convenient for facilitating, the authorised transaction that is the subject of
that Act.
