I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with

the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Criminal Legislation Amendment (Organised Crime and Public Safety) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 March 2017 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
