Commencement Proclamation

under the

Building Products (Safety) Act 2017 No 69

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Building Products

(Safety) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 December 2017 as the day on which

that Act (other than Schedule 2.1, 2.4 [3] and [4] and 2.5) commences.
