under the

Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2015 No 59

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Fisheries Management

Amendment Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 December 2017 as the day on

which Schedule 1 [24] and [25] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to the Fisheries Management Act 1994 that relate to the redefinition of share management fisheries.
