under the

Natural Resources Access Regulator Act 2017 No 64

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Natural Resources

Access Regulator Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 December 2017 as the day

on which that Act commences (except Division 2 of Part 2, section 19 and Schedule 2).

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Natural Resources Access Regulator Act 2017, except provisions conferring functions on the Natural Resources Access Regulator.
