I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Domestic and

Personal Violence) Amendment (National Domestic Violence Orders Recognition) Act 2016, do,

by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 November 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
