under the

Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 No 10

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 1.2 of the Motor Accident Injuries

Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2017 as the day on which the

uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
