I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport

Amendment (Driver Licence Disqualification) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

28 October 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
