Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 No 63

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 1.2 of the Biodiversity

Conservation Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 August 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
