Independent Commission Against Corruption Amendment Act 2016 No 65

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Independent Commission

Against Corruption Amendment Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 August 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
