I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Rural Fires Amendment (Fire Trails) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
