Law Enforcement Conduct Commission Act 2016 No 61

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2017 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
