Commencement Proclamation

under the

Real Property Amendment (Electronic Conveyancing) Act 2015 No 23

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Real Property Amendment (Electronic Conveyancing) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 March 2016 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence, except for Schedule 2.2 and as provided by paragraphs (b) and (c), and
(b)	1 May 2016 as the day on which Schedule 1.3 and 1.8 commence, and
(c)	1 October 2016 as the day on which Schedule 1.5 commences.
