I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment (Land Access Arbitration) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 2016 as the day on which Schedule 1 [25] and 2 [39] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments made by the Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment (Land Access Arbitration) Act 2015 that provide for the making of savings and transitional regulations.
