I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Bail Amendment Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 December 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
