I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with

the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Amendment (Review) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 December 2016 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
