Crimes (Serious Crime Prevention Orders) Act 2016 No 15

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Serious Crime

Prevention Orders) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 November 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
