I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Criminal Procedure
Amendment (Summary Proceedings for Indictable Offences) Act 2016, do, by this my

Proclamation, appoint 11 November 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
